Athens

We went there for a weekend with a baby before joining a kosher group in Negroponde for Succot.

The city is very nice but a little hard on a stroller (especially when it's not a cane).

The top of Beth habad

The beth habad consists of a grocery store and a restaurant. The meal is very good and suddenly you can enjoy it on the spot for shopping.

Tip: It is better to call before going to check the schedule.

The day excursion

We did a short day excursion to Cape Sounion, which is about 70 km from Athens. We went by bus, more practiced in my opinion and safer for mountain roads. Cape Sounion is a world famous archaeological site; it is the temple of Poseidon, god of the sea. It offers, therefore, a magnificent view of the sea. You must bring water, a hat and good shoes. Prefer the baby carrier to the stroller because to access the site, there is a nice climb. Short memorable and magical excursion!
